30K Route Overview
The POLJT 30K is a challenging, technical route through the natural landscapes of Pyin Oo Lwin, built for runners who can manage terrain changes, effort control, and decision-making under fatigue.
The early section overlaps with the 15K course, while the later section merges with parts of the 50K route. At shared segments and every junction, runners must follow the designated 30K route colour and official directional signs rather than simply following nearby athletes.
Expect varied surfaces and technical features: forest single-track, rice-field corridors, steep climbs, steps and rope-assisted segments, a river crossing, and a temporary footbridge that requires careful footing and controlled movement.
Critical route-control points

- CP1 · KM 8.5 · COT 08:30 AM: category-control checkpoint; verify 30K signage before climbing.
- SP1 · KM 13.5 · WATER ONLY: refill efficiently and maintain controlled effort through technical terrain.
