Pyin Oo Lwin Jungle Trail — POLJT 2026 — is a trail-running experience created to bring runners into the forests, mountain villages and natural landscapes surrounding Pyin Oo Lwin, Myanmar.
Organized by Ultimate Myanmar Trail Run (UMTR), POLJT is more than a race. It is a journey through nature, endurance, community and adventure.
On 10 October 2026, runners will take on three different challenges — 15K, 30K and 50K — each offering a unique experience through forest trails, village paths, agricultural land, climbs and technical terrain.
From first-time trail runners to experienced endurance athletes, POLJT gives every participant the opportunity to challenge personal limits while discovering the natural character of Pyin Oo Lwin.
POLJT also represents UMTR’s long-term vision: to develop professional trail-running events in Myanmar, connect local communities with outdoor sport, and introduce Myanmar’s landscapes to runners from across the region and the world.
